professional and public indemnity insurance in place. At the moment, anyone can
claim to offer a Wills service, they do not have to be regulated in any way or
be a member of a professional body. Unless willwriters have taken the Institute
of Professional Willwriters’ exams or equivalent, and are regulated by an
independent professional body in the same way as the rest of the legal

Here at Innes Wills & Estate Services, we
understand that our clients lead busy lives and therefore sometimes find it
difficult to find the time to attend meetings during normal office hours. As an
antidote to this problem, we are happy to visit you in your own home or place of
work to discuss your needs on a one-to-one basis if you cannot find the time to
attend an appointment at our main office in Leeds. Alternatively, in the first
instance, we can also take your instructions by email or by post through the
completion of one of our Will Instruction Questionnaires, upon which Wills are
drafted.
To protect our clients, we prefer to supervise the
signing of Wills so that you have the confidence and peace of mind of knowing
that the documents have been validly signed and witnessed
