Wills
If you are an existing client whom we have done Wills for in the past, then please do not worry. Your original Wills are still stored with us safe and sound until they are needed or you ask for them to be returned to you.
Even though we no longer actively pursue Will writing, if you are an existing client, then we will still continue to look after you, if you so wish, and can continue to do any changes or amendments you may wish to make, even if you want to make a completely new Will.
We still have in place our professional indemnity insurance so there is no problem at all.
